This Privacy Policy describes how Pagnozzi Holdings LLC, doing business as SummerSafe (“SummerSafe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information in connection with summersafe.ai (the “Website”), our mailing list, and communications with us. It also explains your choices and rights regarding your personal information.
1. Personal information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Mailing list information. If you subscribe to receive updates, we collect the email address you submit. Subscription is voluntary and is not required to browse the Website.
- Communications. If you contact us, we receive your email address, any name or other contact details you provide, and the contents of your message.
- Technical information. Our server processes your IP address to limit abusive signup requests. Signup logs include IP addresses, request information, and, following a successful signup, the submitted email address. These logs are used only for security and troubleshooting.
- Information from service providers. Attio, our contact-management provider, may supplement contact records with information from third-party sources, such as a name, employer, job title, location, profile picture, or social media profile.
Cookies and similar technologies. The Website does not use cookies, analytics services, or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
2. How we use personal information
We use personal information to:
- Administer the mailing list and send the SummerSafe updates you request, including product news and launch announcements;
- Respond to inquiries and process privacy and unsubscribe requests;
- Operate and secure the Website, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors; and
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
Legal bases. Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent to send mailing list updates; our legitimate interests in administering communications and operating a secure, reliable Website; and compliance with legal obligations where required. You may withdraw your consent as described in Section 5. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
3. Disclosure of personal information
Service providers. We disclose personal information to providers that support website hosting, contact management, and email communications. These include Attio, which stores mailing list contact records, and DigitalOcean, which hosts the Website. These providers process information on our behalf to perform their services.
Legal and security purposes. We may disclose personal information where required by law or where necessary to investigate abuse, protect the security of the Website, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
International processing. The Website is hosted in the United States. Personal information may also be processed in countries where our service providers operate. Data protection laws may differ from those in your country. You may contact us using the details in Section 10 for information about processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards.
We do not sell or rent personal information, or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Retention
We retain mailing list contact information while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we stop using your email address to send updates. We may retain limited information where necessary to record your opt-out, respond to a privacy request, or comply with a legal obligation.
We retain correspondence as needed to respond to your inquiry and address related follow-up or legal obligations. Server logs are retained under automatic log rotation settings, which depend on log volume and available storage rather than a fixed deletion period. Unsubscribing does not automatically remove information from these logs.
You may request deletion of your personal information as described in Section 5.
5. Your choices and rights
Email updates. We send mailing list updates from hello@summersafe.ai. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting support@summersafe.ai or using the unsubscribe option provided in an update.
Privacy requests. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you.
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy of your information, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision about your request. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions. Where applicable, you may submit a request through an authorized agent.
We may need to verify your identity and, where relevant, an agent’s authority before responding. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, including the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom.
Browser privacy signals. The Website does not track visitors across third-party websites and does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals. Because we do not sell personal information or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising, a Global Privacy Control signal does not change those practices.
6. Children’s privacy
The Website and mailing list are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us using the details in Section 10 so we can investigate and delete the information as appropriate.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We will provide notification of a personal information breach where required by applicable law.
8. Third-party websites
The Website contains links to third-party websites, including source material cited in our demo. Those websites are operated independently of SummerSafe, and their collection and use of personal information are governed by their own privacy policies.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the date above. If we make material changes, we will provide notice on the Website or by email, and obtain consent where required by applicable law.

Pagnozzi Holdings LLC, doing business as SummerSafe, is responsible for the processing of personal information described in this Privacy Policy and acts as the data controller where that term applies under applicable law.
